At Orivo, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items marked as final sale or self-pickup only are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@orivo.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@orivo.shop with a photo of the item and your order number.
